For routine cleaning, wipe the leash with a warm, soapy cloth and let it air dry.
Shipping: We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Ireland, and New Zealand. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Returns: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To qualify for a full refund, eligible products must be new, unused, and returned in their original packaging, with tags attached and proof of purchase. Personalized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us before returning any item.

Charms are packaged separately so you can mix and match. Just stretch them over any buckle or hardware on your collar and/or leash, then slide them wherever you want. Super easy!
All Pupnori products include a 1-year warranty from the date purchased. It covers any defects in the materials or how the product(s) was made. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or changes to the product(s) aren’t covered. If you would like to make a claim, please email our customer support team with your order number, proof of purchase, and a quick description (photos are always helpful!). If your case is approved, we’ll send a replacement or provide store credit. Please note: Warranty is only valid for one year from your original purchase date—not from the replacement.
